Quy trình làm việc của mình:Chuẩn bị - Sketch và duyệt sketch (cọc 50%) - Chỉnh sửa và lên flat color - Duyệt màu và render (thanh toán 100%) - Nhận thành phẩm và feedback nếu muốnChuẩn bị: hai bên trao đổi, khách hàng gửi moodboard, ref, yêu cầu riêng; mình sẽ báo giá tổng bộ (không bao gồm phí phát sinh trong quá trình làm như phí gấp, phí sửa quá lần, phí thêm char hoặc chi tiết sau khi đã chốt).Bắt đầu làm việc, mình gửi sketch thô để khách nắm rõ bố cục bức tranh (cọc từ 20% - 50%): Ở bước sketch không giới hạn số lần sửa, mình sẽ điều chỉnh cho đến khi bên khách ưng ý (tuy nhiên để tránh mất thời gian của nhau, nếu ý tưởng hoặc feedback của bên khách quá mơ hồ, có thể thương lượng để mình refund phần tiền đã cọc lại).Chốt sketch, lên flat color và làm sạch tranh (cọc ít nhất 50% ở bước này): Mình không line tranh khi vẽ mà sẽ lên thẳng màu trên sketch sạch, tại bước này phía bên khách cần chú ý để feedback thật kỹ. Mình sẽ sửa lại tối đa 3 lần, nếu là lỗi của mình (như sai ref, lỗi file,...) mình sẽ sửa tới lần 5, nếu muốn sửa thêm vui lòng +10% giá comm.Chốt màu, bắt đầu render (chuyển khoản full): Mình cập nhật tiến độ đầy đủ cho khách trong quá trình này, mình sẽ chỉnh sửa chi tiết theo feedback trong mỗi lần cập nhật, tuy nhiên nếu phải thay đổi tranh quá nhiều vui lòng +30% giá comm để tiếp tục làm việc.Hoàn thành tranh: mình sẽ gửi link drive có chứa tranh full hd nét căng (đuôi png, nếu cần để in ấn vui lòng báo lại để mình điều chỉnh). Tại đây khách có thể yêu cầu thêm các chi tiết rời (watermark cho riêng tranh đó, typo đơn giản, des làm ava,...), mình làm free như một cách tri ân khách hàng, không quá phức tạp là được.Với các bức comm cần gấp: trao đổi với mình biết phí làm gấp cũng như deadline bên khách muốn mình đảm bảo (phí gấp không quá 20% giá trị full comm).

Chính sách hủy:Nếu hai bên không tìm được tiếng nói chung ở bước sketch, mình sẽ refund toàn bộ cọc cho khách.Sau khi đã chốt sketch nhưng phía khách muốn hủy comm, bên khách mất phần đã cọc. Chú ý rằng mình sẽ gửi sketch sạch cho khách nếu cần, nhưng không refund trong mọi trường hợp. Với các tình huống quá khó khăn, mình chỉ refund tối đa 20% phần cọc của khách, vui lòng chú ý để tránh xích mích giữa 2 bên.Nếu đã render từ 30% tranh, trong trường hợp khách hủy phía khách sẽ mất toàn bộ tiền comm. Các tình huống ngoại lệ, mình chỉ refund tối đa 20% giá trị của toàn bộ bức comm. Bên khách cần hiểu rằng hủy đột ngột ở bước này trong hầu hết trường hợp sẽ mất full tiền comm.Ngoại trừ các trường hợp như nhây chuyển khoản, mục đích sử dụng của bên khách không như cam kết,...*nếu bên mình đơn phương hủy comm, cam kết refund từ 80% (nếu đã render) hoặc 100% cho khách hàng.

Về bản quyền và các vấn đề khác:Commission dành cho mục đích phi thương mại, bao gồm cả việc in ấn cho riêng khách lưu trữ. Trong trường hợp phía khách cần sử dụng để thương mại (bao gồm việc gom in thành nhóm, kinh doanh, làm thương hiệu, quảng cáo,...) trao đổi với mình ngay từ đầu để thương lượng giá comm cũng như làm rõ lại các quyền của đôi bên.Bên khách có toàn quyền hình ảnh với commission. Bên mình cũng sẽ có toàn quyền sáng tạo, để tôn trọng đôi bên, vui lòng giữ credit phù hợp.Mình sẽ hỏi ý kiến của khách trước khi để commission của khách lên sample public. Nếu bạn thấy không thoải mái, phản hồi lại ngay với mình để điều chỉnh.Nói không với AI, vui lòng không feed tranh cho AI, bên mình xin cam kết không sử dụng AI trong mọi trường hợp.Với mọi vấn đề phát sinh, lập tức trao đổi riêng tư với mình để đôi bên tìm cách giải quyết ổn thoả. Bất kỳ khúc mắc nào xảy ra trong quá trình làm việc, ưu tiên biện pháp hòa bình.Với những yêu cầu quá sức, mình có quyền từ chối.Mình rất vui nếu bên khách có những feedback mang tính xây dựng sau khi hoàn thành comm.
Với khách quen, sẽ có những ưu đãi riêng cho bên khách.Khuyến khích khách đưa ra deadline mong muốn của khách khi mình bắt đầu làm việc. Từ lúc render cho đến khi hoàn thành tốn khoảng 2 - 4 tuần, khách nên trao đổi với mình thời gian khách muốn nhận comm. Khác với comm cần gấp, việc khách đưa ra deadline sẽ giúp khách đảm bảo quyền lợi của bản thân.

My working process:Preparation - Sketch and approve sketch (50% deposit) - Edit and flat color - Approve color and render (100% payment) - Receive finished product and feedback if desiredPreparation: we will discuss, customer sends moodboard, ref, specific request; I will quote the total price (not including additional fees during the process such as rush fee, extra editing fee, additional character or detail fee after the final).Start working, I send the rough sketch first so that the customer can clearly understand the layout of the painting (deposit from 20% - 50%):. In the sketch step, there is no limit on the number of edits, I will adjust it until the customer is satisfied (however, to avoid wasting each other's time, if the customer's idea or feedback is too vague, we can negotiate to refund the deposit).Finalize sketch, flat color and clean the painting (deposit at least 50% in this step): I do not line when drawing and color directly on the clean sketch, at this step the customer needs to pay attention to give all feedbacks carefully. I will edit up to 3 times, if it is my mistake (such as wrong ref, file error, ...) I will edit up to 5 times, if you want to edit more please add 10% of the comm price.Finalize the color, start rendering (100% payment): I will update the full progress for the customer during this process, and will edit the details according to the feedback in each update, however if the picture has to be changed too much please add 30% of the comm price to continue working.When the drawing is completed: I will send a drive link containing a high quality picture (png extension, if needed for printing please notify me so I can adjust). Here the customer can request additional details (watermark for that drawing only, simple typo, avatar design, ...), I do it for free as a way to appreciate the customer, it is not too complicated.For urgent comms: please contact to know the urgent fee and provide me the deadline that the client wants me to guarantee (urgent fee is not more than 20% of the full comm value).

About cancellation policy:If we cannot find common ground at the sketch step, I will refund the entire deposit to the customer.After the sketch is finalized but the customer wants to cancel the comm, the customer will lose the deposit. Note that I will send a clean sketch to the customer if necessary, but will not refund in all cases. In extremely difficult situations, I will only refund up to 20% of the customer's deposit, please pay attention to avoid conflicts while working.If 30% of the painting has been rendered, in case the customer cancels, customer will lose the entire money. In exceptional cases, I will only refund up to 20% the value of the entire comm. Customer needs to understand that sudden cancellation at this step will in most cases result in the loss of the full money.Except for cases such as delay in transferring money, the purpose of the customer is not as committed,... if I am the one cancel the comm first, I commit to refund 80% (if rendered) or 100% to the customer.

About copyright and other issues:Commission is for non-commercial purposes, including printing for the customer's own collect. In case the customer needs to use it for commercial purposes (including group printing, business, branding, advertising,...) discuss with me from the beginning to negotiate the price of the comm as well as clarify the rights of both parties.The customer has full image rights with the commission. I will also have full creative rights, to respect both parties, please keep appropriate credit.I will ask the customer's opinion before putting the customer's commission on the public sample. If you feel uncomfortable, please contact me immediately.Say no to AI, please do not feed all my works to AI, and I make sure not to use AI in any case.For any problems, immediately discuss privately with me so that both parties can find a satisfactory solution. If any conflicts happen during the working process, prioritize peaceful solutions.For requests that are too much, I have the right to refuse.I am very happy if the customer has constructive feedback after completing the comm.For regular customers, there will be special incentives as my appreciation.Encourage customers to give their wanted deadline when I start working. From the time of rendering to completion takes about 2 - 4 weeks, customers should discuss with me the time they want to receive the comm. Unlike urgent comms, giving a deadline will help customers ensure their own rights.
